2/Product  information 

   Pneumatic rubber fender also named yokohama fender and ship fender.It is made by twining with one thread.it uses compressed air as buffer medium which can absorb the energy of collisions, it has the advantage of absorbing large capacity of impact energy, low pressure in unit area, high impact fatigue performance, It is easy installation and have long life.  

     Initial air pressure 0.05 Mpa, reaction load Rand energy absorption in 60% ± 5 deflection. 

Three type: tyre net type, rubber net type, rope net type. 

3/Ship fender structure

 

Outer rubber: Protective cord layer and inner adhesive have high tensile strength and abrasion resistance.

 

Synthetic-tyre cord layer for reinforcement: Strong layer of the pneumatic rubber fender is made from winding the high strength polyamide fiber cord fabric.

 

Inner rubber: The cord layer of pneumatic rubber fender assures no gas leakage from the compressor.

 

Flange opening: The flange is a part to fix air valve component, buried metal part and the cord layer and used for hoisting, and filling with discharging gas.
